Dan Gulino is a Senior Vice President of Ridgewood Infrastructure, where he focuses on due diligence, investment structuring and execution, and asset management. He has over 30 years of experience as an attorney, including 26 years in which he was employed by entities in the energy sector.

Dan joined the Ridgewood Companies in 2000 after serving as in-house counsel for several large electric utilities including GPU, Inc. (now part of First Energy) and PPL Resources, Inc., where he specialized in non-utility generation projects, as well as independent power and marketing transactions. Previously, Dan also worked as in-house counsel for Alumax, Inc. (now part of Alcoa), where he was responsible for the company’s electric and natural gas purchasing and hedging programs. Dan currently serves as Sr. VP – Legal Affairs for Ridgewood and also as Sr. VP – Legal Affairs for Ridgewood Energy. In that capacity, Dan has gained commercial oil & gas experience, as well as securities and financial services expertise.

Dan received a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, and a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
