James Devlin
James Devlin has broad experience in the environmental services sector. Mr. Devlin most recently served as CEO for Valicor Environmental Services, the largest company in the U.S. specializing in the collection, transportation and treatment of non-hazardous industrial wastewater. Before Valicor, Mr. Devlin was CEO for ReCommunity Recycling, which was the largest independent processor of municipally generated curbside recyclables in the U.S. Prior to ReCommunity, he was CEO for Thermo Fluids Inc., which was the 3rd largest collector and processor of used motor oil in the U.S.
