Joe Gibney
Joe Gibney is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the transportation sector, specializing in corporate aviation, fixed based operations, airline ground handling, and airport development. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of TAC Air, one of the largest general aviation companies in the U.S., which was acquired by Signature Aviation in 2022. Previously, he oversaw workforce planning for the 5,000+ employees of Aircraft Service International Group, which was a leading provider of ground handling, fueling, and airport facility services acquired by Menzies Aviation in 2016. Mr. Gibney has an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. He served as Vice Chair of the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) and was a board member for the British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA).
